Project technologies
Sauter
Control systems and field devices for building automation. Freely programmable Sauter modulo 6 controllers using BACnet/IP.
The project was delivered in three stages during 2023–2024 while neighbouring buildings remained in operation.
Heating and cooling sources, air handling units and common-area lighting share one visualisation platform. Building operators can see equipment status on a single screen.
The delivery included operator training and regular energy consumption reporting.
Project hardware
The building controls use freely programmable Sauter modulo 6 stations communicating over BACnet/IP.
